With the return of spring weather, we’re seeing more puddles in our front parking lot. At this time our SD 60 Facilities team has put out barricades in the front parking lot to keep morning traffic flowing through, and from delivering students to the sidewalk between the main building and our portable/annex buildings where the biggest puddle is. Please follow to the left as you enter the lot so that we do not have any bottleneck issues while everyone is trying to move off to other drop-off’s / work / etc.  If possible, please consider dropping off/picking up your student(s) in alternate locations until the parking lot is more user-friendly. Along the front sidewalk would be best as it extends along the parking lot and in front of the Key Learning Center.

We have informed our students this morning that they are to use the alternate walking route when traveling between buildings~front sidewalk by the bus ramps and the driveway between the portable and annex. With this new travel route, and the early morning rush of traffic in our parking lot, we want to remind everyone to use caution in the parking lot while the district works on a solution to our puddle problems! We appreciate your help with keeping all of our BBMS community safe.
