As the District prepares for the upcoming Trustee election, they are working to encourage community members to learn more about serving as a School Trustee.

If you have had a student in grade 7. 8 or 9 that participated in Cross-Country, Track and Field, Basketball or Volleyball this year we are hosting an Athletic Banquet on Thursday June 11th from 4-8PM.

With the Elementary Track & Field Event happening here at Bert Bowes tomorrow (Friday, June 5th), we would like to remind everyone that Friday remains a regular instructional day for our students.

FSJ will be well represented at next week’s BC School Sports Provincial Track and Field championships in Langley, B.C. with quite a few coming from Bert Bowes Middle School!

Berkley Holmes, Prielle Bergen, Marae Nash and Aliya Moore make up the team for the grade 8 girls’ 4×100-metre relay.
