As we approach the final days before spring vacation (March 16th-April 1st), we wanted to share some important updates with parents. NOTE: If your child is going to be away during the week, please contact the school to let us know. Your help with this is greatly appreciated.
Learning Updates: Parents can expect both a paper and a virtual Learning Update during this reporting time: paper copies will be sent home after school on Tuesday, March 12th, and a virtual version will be made available through the Parent Portal in MyEd after 3pm.
Early Dismissal: On March 13th & 14th, our school day will end an hour earlier than normal. Dismissal will be at 1:53pm followed by Parent / Teacher Interviews for those that request them. If you would like to schedule a meeting with your child’s teacher(s), please contact the office (250-785-6717). NOTE: that the bus schedule will also run an hour earlier than normal.
Fun Day: On March 15th, in celebration of the push to Spring Break, BBMS will be hosting a Fun Day for all students and staff. There will be a variety of events taking place that day including a talent showcase, pancake brunch, and much much more! Here is a copy of the the schedule for Fun Day! Students have until Tuesday, March 12th to sign up for their activities in the morning.
